PeaceHealth is seeking a Physician to join our new pre-surgical optimization clinic. 

• Individualized care based on patient's health history, medical conditions, social conditions, physical exam and type of procedure
• Patient education
• Establishing clinical protocols with pre-surgical pathways
• Patient risk levels categorized as 3, 4 and 5
• Pre-surgical testing, treatment and patient education to identify potential surgical risks
