PeaceHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our new Pre-Surgical Optimization Clinic. 

• Individualized care based on patient's health history, medical conditions, social conditions, physical exam and type of procedure
• Patient education
• Arranging consults
• Establishing clinical protocols with pre-surgical pathways
• Procedural risk 
• Pre-surgical testing; spirometry screening, venus blood gas and labs

Cardiology and ICU Experience preferred, not required.
