PeaceHealth RiverBend Medical Center is seeking a Medical Director Physician leader to join our Neuroscience program.

• Collaborate with other departments and operational leaders to oversee clinic quality, process improvement, and implement recommendations for optimizing care standards.
• Assist operational leadership in responding to and addressing clinically related patient concerns.
• Cultivate a program of growth and development.
• Participate in mentorship, individual support, coaching and/or redirection to meet performance expectations and PeaceHealth behavioral standards.
• Strategic development of the Neuroscience program to promote quality outcomes, growth of operational and financial performance.
• Actively participate in recruitment and new hire onboarding.
