PeaceHealth is seeking a CNA - Home Health for a Part Time, Day position. Hourly compensation is $20.95 - $31.43; hiring rate dependent on qualifications, professional experience, and/or work location.

Assists professional nursing personnel in providing quality, compassionate patient care by performing tasks involving direct and indirect patient care, using skills and knowledge in basic nursing assistant procedures and techniques under direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

DETAILS OF THE POSITION:

1. Assist in providing direct patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse within the scope of the CNA licensure.
2. Assist patient with personal care which may include: bathing; mouth and skin care; grooming and dressing; toileting assistance; eating and hydration.
3. Documents relevant patient care data.
4. Maintain unit supplies by stocking patient rooms and supply areas to meet patient care needs.
5. May provide clerical support to the unit; doing order entry, chart processing, answering telephones, etc.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant program required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant - Alaska
• Basic Life Support
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.​
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care facility preferred.
