PeaceHealth is adding a Nurse Practitioner to the Intensive Care Unit at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington. The selected candidate will have at least one year of ICU experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Join a team of 15 collegial Pulmonary/Critical Care Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians (NP/PA) work in the ICU with recruitment open for one final APC.

• New program having Advanced Practice Clinicians in the ICU. A lot of room for growth and development.
• Good mix of medical, surgical, cardiac and neurosurgical cases including a variety of procedures and clinical, bed-side work.
• Current Intensivists and PAs in the ICU are friendly and supportive of each other.
• ICU shifts are 12-hours per shift with13-14 shifts per month. Day, evening and night shift expectations. All of the Advanced Practice ICU Clinicians will rotate to cover shifts.
• Schedules are confirmed 90 days in advance.
• Two 24-bed ICUs with Intensivist support.
• EPIC EMR
