PeaceHealth is seeking an Epic Training Logistics Coordinator for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. Hourly compensation range $23.42 -$35.14, depending on experience.

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.

** Remote position. Training Logistics Coordinator will live in OR, WA, or AK by start date.

Ideal candidate will have;

  • Prior experience scheduling Epic training
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Prior experience with learning management systems

JOB SUMMARY

Supports the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and usage of the Learning Management System (LMS) to coordinate the delivery of CareConnect related educational programs. Analyzes reports and incoming requests for training to ensure accurate class assignments are made in conjunction with required security templates. Coordinates logistics and resources related to scheduled classes. Ensures final completion of classes within the LMS through validation of transcripts and rosters. Reviews and runs reports in the LMS. Provides communication through various methods with caregivers within the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Researches and assigns education programs to meet the needs of departments within the system.
  • Coordinates training logistics and program resources associated with CareConnect training for networks and audiences.
  • Participates in various projects within the team and interdepartmentally.
  • Gathers and documents statistical data to measure service level agreements. Suggests improvements or mitigation plans as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:

  • Associates degree, or combination of education and experience that provides the caregiver with the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in program coordination, customer service, learning management, or training systems required.
  • Experience with CareConnect or Epic nomenclature preferred
  • Additional training or certification in areas such as human performance technology, improvement or management; process improvement; adult learning; instructional design; competency models; data collection and analysis tools; and customer needs assessments preferred.


OTHER SKILLS:

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.); advanced skills in Excel
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present concise information.
  • Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy in stressful situations
  • Bias toward action and problem solving when faced with complex circumstances
  • Advanced organizational and coordination skills


PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Work requires fairly light physical exertion from up to 65% of the time.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing 30 lbs. or less.
  • Job duties frequently require intense concentration and attention to detail (up to 65% of work time).
