Description
PeaceHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per diem role on the Psychiatric Unit at St. John Medical Center in Longview, WA. In this position you will work variable 8-hour shifts to provide additional staffing for our 18-bed inpatient unit.
We offer:
• 15% per diem differential plus additional compensation for BSN, MSN, DPN, and specialty nursing certification.
• Hourly compensation is $36.73 - $71.57; hiring rate dependent on qualifications and professional experience, and terms of St. John WSNA Collective Bargaining Agreement, sjmc wsna contract

Located just 40 miles North of Portland, Oregon, St. John Medical Center is a 150-bed acute care medical center serving a population of appx 165,000 in Southwest Washington and surrounding Oregon communities.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.
