PeaceHealth Medical Group has a unique opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join the Southwest Medical Center Family Medicine Clinic in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. An established practice of five family medicine physicians and two advanced practice clinicians within a network of ~25 traditional Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/Obstetrics, and Advanced Practice Providers. We are dedicated to providing quality patient care to Vancouver and the Clark County area.

Highlights about the practice:

• Enjoy a 4-day work week, to include monthly evening and quarterly call
• Vibrant and diverse patient population, seeing up to ~18 - 21 patients per day using EPIC EMR, with a dedicated Medical Assistant, and medical home model care teams
• 14 exam spaces, on-site Pharmacist, Digital X-Ray, MSW, Coordination Team (RN/LPN), and Phlebotomist
