Description
If your an experienced RN with an interest in Emergency nursing, PeaceHealth has an Emergency Fellowship position available at St. John Medical Center in Longview, Washington. This is a .9 FTE Night shift position working three 12-hour shifts each week in our 37 bed emergency department.
To be eligible for the fellowship:
· Must be a RN new to Emergency, with at least 1-year RN work experience.

**Nurses selected for this fellowship program will be obligated to work in the St. John Emergency Department for a minimum of 24 months holding 0.6 FTE or higher, from the end date of successful completion of the training program. Failure to fulfill the months and FTE requirement will require that the RN reimburse PHSJ for up to $5,000 of education expenses.**
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 including 2 doses of a 2-dose series or 1 dose of a 1-dose series plus 14 days beyond the final dose prior to start date.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families, and all members of the care delivery team.
