PeaceHealth Medical Group

Who We Are

With more than a century of service to Northwest communities, PeaceHealth strives to make healthcare available to everyone. Our roots run deep in every community we serve. They do so because of our belief that our Mission, Values and Vision compel us to relentlessly pursue improving ways of providing the highest-quality compassionate health care services and care to our patients. We will have fulfilled our vision when every PeaceHealth patient receives safe, evidence-based, compassionate care: every time, every touch.

PeaceHealth Medical Group consists of 10 medical centers and 139 clinics in Alaska, Oregon and Washington with more than 1,200 physicians and clinicians, and 16,000 caregivers. Operating under a dyad leadership model, the medical group structure pairs administrative leader with a clinical leader, facilitating the partnership and cooperation needed to achieve shared goals. As PHMG's physicians and advanced practice clinicians, we are committed to advancing the Mission and making this the best place to receive care and to work. Read about our Principles of Partnership.

Dyad Leadership Model

At PeaceHealth, we engage our physicians as essential partners in both clinical and business decision-making. Our dyad leadership model sets us apart from other health systems, as we pair physician leaders with non-physician executives. These two-person teams collaborate closely to promote PeaceHealth’s Mission, Vision and Values. Through our dyads, we more fully leverage the breadth of our physicians’ talents and experiences.

As a clinician at PeaceHealth, you’ll be part of a culture in which physicians are integral to assuring quality of patient care, cultivating a unified medical group, managing physician and clinician productivity, maximizing financial performance and driving innovation.

We are committed to developing physician co-leaders and co-managers who not only care for individual patients, but who also have a vital role in shaping the business of delivering medicine across our health system.
